Challenge for myself
Every know and then I will be setting a new goal to accomplish.
For the months of February to March 31st these are my goals.
Here is what I would like to accomplish.
1. I would like to lose 24 lbs
2. Exercises daily
3. I want to be fit enough to do a 5k walk for Lupus on April 17th.
This is what I want to accomplish during this Challenge. I will update every Monday on how I'm doing.

My weight today is 274lbs
I have lost a total of 34 lbs. I am doing good so far.

Today's Date I December 21,2009
I decided to get the Gastric bypass surgery done after many months of preparing to have the surgery my date was finaly set for December 21,2009
I will be on a low fat no sugar diet.
At this time I weight 306 lbs my goal is to get down to 140 lbs
I am doing this blog to keep me going in my new Journey.
